The Datastick® Data Acquisition / Data Logging
System lets you monitor and record up to four or eight channels
of analog data in your lab, in the field, virtually anywhere.
It's like carrying multiple strip chart recorders in your pocket.

 The heart of the system is a small, lightweight 12-bit, eight-channel data acquisition module that snaps onto the back of a Palm handheld (full module specs here) and versatile Datastick Connection™ Plus software that runs on the Palm handheld. (Software specs here.) It's shown here with a Garmin® iQue® 3200 handheld computer.

You can use the system for hand-held data acquisition or leave it in place for logging. Depending on sample rate, it can log for weeks.

Reporting System enables you to sync your data into Microsoft
Excel on your PC with one touch of a button and one mouse-click.
From there, you can do full analysis, archiving, compliance reporting,
and publish your data throughout your office or throughout your
entire
enterprise.

The basic Datastick system is available in three versions:

DAS-1294 has eight 0-5 VDC analog inputs,
one 16-bit digital counter/tach, one digital-switch input
and two digital-switch outputs.

DAS-1254 has four 0-5 VDC analog inputs,
one 16-bit digital counter/tach, one digital-switch input
and two digital-switch outputs..
All systems include:
- The DAS-1254 or DAS-1294 hardware module, which snaps onto a Palm or Garmin iQue 3200 handheld.
- Datastick Connection Plus software with the Datastick Reporting System (DRS) Excel workbook and synchronization software for your Windows PC.
- An 1800 mAh rechargeable battery pack with 110 VAC wall charger, 12 VDC car charger, and carrying case with belt clip. With most sensors, one charge powers the DAS module and the Palm or Garmin handheld for at least eight hours.
- A 6-foot, 20-conductor cable with a 20-pin shielded connector
on one end, ready for you to create a custom cable for your
sensor array.
Garmin iQue 3200 handhelds are available from many outlets in
the Internet, or we can supply one for you if you would
